Threatening messages towards room members. Report to FBI

Is there anything we can do about blocking a certain user from the network or reporting them to teh authorities. They are threatning our users and saying they're going to kill her grand children.

User is ****, ip **.**.**.**,   
He keeps spamming this towards fancy meow:

<SLIT.UR.THROAT.KITTUMS> MISS KITTUMS AKA K********* AT *************, AVE SHOULD KEEP A WATCH OUT. ILL SLIT HER THROAT AND HER GRANKID M**** IN THEIR SLEEP. THEY WILL SCREAM, STOP F***

The network belongs to the users, we do not control it. I would suggest the easiest way would be to ban the user from the room.

I have removed some of the details, they don't need to be repeated

also be aware that usernames are often cloned in order to abuse someone.
