it goes with an older RCMS program for WinMX if I'm not mistaken. I actually have it. If you would like a copy of it please let me know.

It's an add in for nushi chat, which enables RCMS admin commands on right click in userlist, although it was written for RCMS rooms it's still useful in Ouka chatrooms as they use the same command structure.. I'm certain it's in the archive & believe it's bundled with the fixed Nushi 2.7 version here: https://www.winmxworld.com/goodies/fixed_goodies.html

And the one i prefer Okurukuru, this is i presume an Ouka modified file, although im not sure where to DL it from, if you want it, feel free to email or pm me and i will send it to you, unless any one else knows a URL to get it from direct???

I guess it could be bundled with one of the chat servers, not too sure?
