winmx 4.0 - frontcode back?????

some user called USSR came in my room, never had any files shared i tried a number of times to kick/ban but it never worked!!! he remained in the room?????

said he was testing winmx 4.0 and it wouldnt take long and he would leave

i've asked a few other hosts and they have had the same thing with other users - also some dude on the forum said he was testing it;

wtf??? is it Frontcode?

Hi §ÞÅ®king, we are not sure who this is but they have been mentioned by another user as being a Russian group working on a new client but who knows what this it a rebuild or a hacked up version.
We shall have to wait and see, hopefully they will not break anything or do any network damage.

Frontcode is now registered in Vanuta and that most certainly is not Russia, I suspect we may be looking at a hack but I hope its not something done irresponsibly that will destroy the network we have all worked so hard to save.

i believe the events reported in rooms are to do with developing the chat side which is currently non existent along with the primary protocall, whois, browsing etc

Hmm that seems more than likely  

The browsing code can be found in Benders RoboMx along with the rest of the chat protocol.

The only items that will take the longest to develope are the file seaches and network traffic handling.
