wcs will not allow regular users colors in my room

i inherited a wcs from someone and i have looked where i can think to allow normal members color codes before their names...i can't seem to find out what i need to do that...i am running wcs 1.7.2 and as a bot i have metis 2.6...i am pretty sure it is in my wcs that the problem lies...any help would be greatly appreciated to solve this problem...thanks

You need to add "C" into the default user access code statement in your config.... it must be Capiital C not lower case...
