ok thats how you do a trigger but how do you get it to send more than 1 line for a trigger?

ive tried that but it doesn't work

Inorder to set it to have multiple responses to a word you must set those in the configurator portion, by accessing 'View' then Options then Addons then highlight the mxc.ini file in the box and click 'Configure'.. there you will see a option for random responses.

If it's meant to be one message in several lines you'd need to put the corresponding command for your server in there - in winmx it's /n  in wcs  #NEWLINE#, I'm sure somebody else can tell you the appropriate command for your server.
Oh, and the bot must be set to be allowed to use multiple lines
