My downloads are stopping right after they start

For some reason, my downloads will usually begin and then stop, the users either time our or just go away.  I am running XP.  Thanks.

This sounds like fake files.

you can change a couple of settings that might help with time outs (when they're not fake files)

Settings, outgoing tcp change it to 120 seconds

Settings, host name resolution change it to 300 seconds.
