configuring router

I've gone through the tutorial for port forwarding, but my router isn't listed. I went to the homepage of the maker, but no help there. I have an AOpen - Open Soho Series - AOR-401M. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome, your right this router is a hard one to locate, even the AOpen homepages downloads are no longer available.. so with that in mind its difficult for me to guide you easily..

Can you tell me where did you get this router, from your ISP? or did you purchase it used.  It looks to me that its no longer available and the company may not even exist,, not sure..

My best advice on this one is to call the manufacturer and see if they can guide you to open the ports..

I purchased the router from a store that sells computer parts and supplies. I can't seem to locate a telephone number for the company. Perhaps that's why I have so much trouble with it..........I'm constantly resetting it..........Thanks for your help and hope you have a Happy New Year.
