I wouldnt give Swift the time of day if I met her in the street but this statement from her copyright holder record label big machine makes it clear shes not being completely dishonest.

They state they cant stop her performing live on any platform or show etc and yes thats the case if shes delivering NEW materials they dont own the rights to, so in part they are half honest, Pay further attention to the specific use of the word "LIVE" within this context, this in essence clearly indicates shes not to use any of the older NON-live materials such as stuff from her own back catalogue, this statement clearly shows the truth of the matter despite being crafted to mislead most non legally trained eyes.
Clearly they both need to get around the table and agree something and Its an own goal revenue wise in going public with a bog standard contractual dispute as this is but to move ahead both sides need to remain honest,
