I am sure the eagle eyed amongst you have spotted the fact that we are now an HTTPS enabled website.

This is something our long time Web/IT guru Nylly had planned to do for some time but due to specific parts of the site requiring some very time consuming manual updates and upgrades it was not possible to deliver it without a good amount of free time to allow for this to occur.

The hard work was undertaken across the recent weekend and the fruits of it are now delivered so please join with me in thanking Nylly for her unstinting and outstanding behind-the-scenes work that keeps WinMxWorld here for you 365 days a year, Cheers Nylly and thank you for your solid commitment to the network and its users and accept my own personal thanks for everything you do even if its not always publicised.

it broke the 'blue moonlight' theme :(   ...granted i think i was the only one using it...

at least my password is encrypted now :)

It's not broken - just had to reset all the themes URLs to include the https   :thumbs:

archive.winmxworld.com doesnt work... says corrupted content error (i dont know if this is related to SSL but i put it here just in case)

no file.. i dont get a webpage or directory listing at all... goes straight to that message

well.. opera works... firefox just doesnt.... also something of note; if you just go to 'winmxworld.com' in the address bar you will get a 403 forbidden... you have to add the 'www.' in front to get the page to show...

My bad, had this commented out when I was trying to fix the blocklist - reactivated now :)

If the archive still won't show up try clearing your cache and cookies, that should fix it.
Shows fine on firefox here :-)

hmmm, that should redirect to the https site....
I need to look at that.
I disabled lots of stuff trying to fix the blocklist (which needs to be available via http for the caches to pull and distribute).
I'll go back through the config and see if I missed something :walk:
