Macrovision Corp., an anti-piracy software maker, on Wednesday said its fourth-quarter profit slipped nearly 72 percent, due to a variety of sizable charges.Income for the quarter was $4.5 million, or 9 cents per share, down from $15.8 million, or 9 cents per share, last year. Revenue for the period was $61 million, down from $59.6 million last year. Excluding charges, earnings were 36 cents per share.
Well. Thats what happens to people who make crappy software. Think of all the money wasted on DRM macrovision has conned the media industry in to buying. lol
