Unable to talk in Fx chatroom

Hi guys im hoping somebody will have a answer for me 
A friend of ours is able to access our room, she can talk for a few lines but then it goes wrong, she cant talk no longer and sometimes drops out of the room with it, if not she has to leave and come back before she can retype in there.
Its not happening in any other room she is in and her own room is staying up fine.
Nobody else is having this problem tho in our room.

Please can somebody help??

does txt appear in room,what patch use for winmx,what version winmx or other she joins room with,what port fx room run on.
