i got a thing on  my computer that said
there was a attempted attack on my computer and it said it blocked it and it was nortan antivirus that came up
did someone illgeally try to attack it or what does it mean
does it mean the fbi or cops can attack me on there
whats going on

it means ignore it, lol

they keep comming up with useless warnings to try and convince you that somehow if you hadn't forked out loads of money to buy the norton stuff then your computer would have been messed up - notice it just says it blocked it, it doesn't say the fact that had it not blocked it it wouldn't have gone anywhere and would have been rejected by your computer anyway

It means your antivirus worked and blocked a potential attack.. this could have been just a trojan, or even your isp checking your connection is still up.. STOP PANICING..

The cops or fbi are not going to attack you, they are a law enforcement agency and you are not 'God Father Material'..
