downloading problems?

the problems in my life never end...........well i can't get any video or mp3 files i was able to download a pic file no matter what kind idk thats weird why not vids or mp3s they turn pink saying a number in queue,theres been file folder error,and timed out,or refused i x2 click the download i want and thats what comes up after orarnge letters i've seen connected negotiating or waiting for incoming connection my downloads are never turning green idk know this mystery i've used peer guardian to block a list of other stuff and my peer guardian after i open it sometimes it freezes the computer i'm trying to get a new copy from somewhere ill wait and see if someone reposts to this i gotta idk very unstable right now.......

Yes, I have the same problem with queued downloads. They will get as far as 1 in the queue and then they magically turn red again. WHY????? I also have tried many things, but nothing works. I am uploading great but no downloads

Have you tried visiting the help chatroom, downloads can then be tested in realtime with someone known to have a good working setup (often the problems are with the source)

Mabye your TCP ports aren't forwarded. Is it for all downloads or only some? Reinstalling is the first try. Enable winmx to be able to have full internet access in any firewalls that you might have.
Reconnect to winmx with the blocking patch :)
