Why let someone upload if they won`t share there files ??

Why let someone upload if they won`t share there files ? also how can you prevent someone from uploading with no files to share ??

mxmonitor or leechammer can be used to manage your uploads if you wish to stop sharing with other users who aren't sharing files - mxmonitor has the most options and lets you customise it a bit more

as for why share with others who aren't sharing... there's also the question fo why not? some people clear uploads if you're not sharing to encourage sharing, others say they share with everyone... really up to you

It does happen that some users don't know how to. So that can be a reason too. There are some cases when it is permissible, but all the same it is irritating. I keep moni off when there are no queues so that anybody can upload. An don when there are plenty of people
