US P2P Politics - Whatever Next ?

I had to let you folks read this, talk about wanting to look like the file sharers friend

Quote
John Edwards, one of the democratic presidential candidates in 2004 is using bittorrent to spread his campaign stuff. Campaigns are pretty expensive, so sharing bandwidth is a good idea.
Edwards hosts his files at movedigital, a service that combines .torrent downloads with web-seeding. Movedigital acts as the main seed, but once there are enough seeds and peers around, the bandwidth bill drops.
The campaign movies on Edward’s torrent site are not really spectacular, but it is good to see that he recognizes the power of sharing.

Cheapskate, but It does show that at least his campaign is factoring in the file sharer as a potential voter rather than labelling them a terrorist or other evil-doer

I noticed he has been in the news before

Your choice really folks, genuine fellow or just saying what he thinks will please the crowd ?
