Actually sygate will not lock up your pc if there was a large attack
If anything your ram will increase and slow your pc down to the point where sygate would crash
So it will not lock up you pc

well... quickslide if u havnt noticed i grown u now... up untill yesterday i was hosting full time my room and a freinds... i cant port flood someone if im hosting... and as for josh... why would i be botherd about someone elses room looking better than mine... i have othing better to say than leave me outta this shit... yes it was me up there but not now.. im past that.

and repos angel: wtf... i didnt clone your room.. did you forget it was shadow that clonded your room! NOT ME!!! i came in to try help you as i knew shadow... i said i would tlk with him and ask him to take it down!!! then u started some crap about us been bum chums or h/o and clonded my room!! not the other way round... as for port flooding i got anggry you clonded me couse of shadow and i tryed to tke down your room... after a few failed attemps i stopped.

And on the subject of Nuking/Flooding, well, theres people out there who've done it, I'm not going to lie, I've done it before.
Yes, Josh has done it, Snick has done it, James has done it, and i'm sure Quickslide has done it, so, lets get to the point here, don't go pointing fingers.
And with that said.

Just put up your firewall/peer guardian, and get on with your life.

yes, disable it and peer guardian. Your computer will blue screen if peer guardian gets too many connections logged at once lol - happened when sabre was doing it to me

I've had plenty attacks on me and Sygate has never locked up my computer. Although i have 1gb of memory... u think that could have anything to do with it?

Guys, can we please get back onto topic? The merits of WCS, I think we've establised various attacks can happen & the choice of chatserver has little to do with it, allegations & counter allegations do nothing but stir up bad feeling...

I like the way KM is going with WCS i really do. One thing i would like to see is a Page on his site stating what we can look forward for Like what Winmx.com used to have.

OK, here you go then... in the style of winmx.com, here are the things to look forward to in future WCS versions:

It will make breakfast for you
It will automatically generate the next weeks winning lottery numbers
It will also include a built in program that makes your computer 10 times faster, however this will be disabled by default at the request of the manufacturers who would rather you upgraded

James, if you look on km's website once and while you will know when he releases betas. Beta 5 has been out for a few days now. Its supposibly supposed to fix the crashing bug. but i haven't tried it yet.
