Hello Could you please help me with my WinMX- I need help with the settings as I keep getting timed out every few Min's and I loose all my downloads and am for ever back at the end of the queue(think I live at the end of queue now:o)) it is also the same with people that are uploading from me????

Could you please fill us in on some of your set up

What version of WinMX are you using?
What patch are you using WinMXGroup or Pie?
Do you use primary or secondary?
Are you loosing any other internet related programs or functions?

What does it say in the update bar below the blue title bar?
"patch oprrational" or "Please be Patient"?
What does your title bar say? P=..S=.. SPM=....
or does it simply say online for......

You probably need to porward ports . Try the new winmx beta patch and see if that solves the problem. If not, then please post your status here

It says ( Make a secondery conection to the network) I have just up loaded version v3.53 as I don`t like the latest version I had it once before and what a pain that was also I just didnot like the looks of it... & it is still counting me out Grrrrrrr to it.

Can you please come to the help room were we can go over this live with you.

First off you dont have to have the green light on WInMX to get to the rooms if you have the full name

Click the chat button from the networks page, copy and paste that into your filter bar, then click the join button on the right. Make sure there are no spaces in it at the end and it should bring you to us.. if no ones around right at first just please stick around there for a bit till we can help you.

I know how to sort chat room out I just don`t go in them as I have a chat room of my own on my forum, why don`t you check it out and give me sme feed back to what you think of it good or bad all input is welcome,I work very hard on my forum and any one can get me there most of the time when I am on pc.... Tell you what I have done I had four web-sites and now I have closed three down and combined most of the work on them forums to make one mega forum...

Sorry back to WinMX if you let me know a time to come on here to get all heads together regarding WinMX settings or my chat room as it will not be busy today OOps its friday it will be busy for got as we hold meetings init on fridays so it looks like yours just drop me a message e-mail or on my forum and at the same time i will keep checking back here to see if you have got this message....
