hopin you can help, i have search bot n metis bots in my chatroom
wcs did an update and now they don't work
metis can't get in .......it says the room is empty and aborts
search bot gets in but can't chat
we use the /bot in the room and it says they're activated
any advice?

friend holding the room does not have a router

The roomname is empty error is a RoboMX problem (this means Metis as well). Generally a restart or few should eventually fix the problem.

As for the other issue, I'm not sure.

only thing i would say to check is that WCS is using a port above 1024, the default of 3 is blocked in all mxcontrol clients for some stupid reason...
