There are many things about what is going on i dont understand.

There are no post on vladds forum from vladd adressing the suposed DOS on his site or the Pie.com site.

No post on vladds forum from vladd on the patch he is supposed to be paying for.

No post on vladds forum from adressing the pay pal donation on the pie.com site.

As you and every one well knows the DLL users and the Pie host file users have never gotten along verry well But Jim of the real pie team has taken the time to post in a friendly way that they are not pleased with nore do they beleave in vladds actions . You even say your not happy with the donation idea. But yet you still try to defend vladd when he does not even try to defend himself.

I truely think that the only way mx is to servive is with blocking.

You have stated that pg2 is not the way to go to stop the fake files and that you know mx is looseing people over the flooding. And for close to a year said the Dll was illegal becouse it blocked. Now you say the new patch vladd is supposed to be haveing made will block, im confused is what youve said for close to a year a lie? While vladd has been loosing users for mx Km has been growing mx users.
All the fear mongering vladd and you and others from the vladd44 chat room and forum have been trying to put in to the users of mx has not come true. The Dll users have not had the down time that the host file users have had the last year, and the Dll users have tried to help mx by blocking the fake flooded files at the same time.

I know know what vladd states he makes on his google ad's i question that he would keep them with the pay for mx ad's if he isnt makeing any more than he says. I ask why would someone keep ad's that the mx users hate on his site if he isnt makeing more money than he states?
what he states he makes could not pay for much more than his doman name for a year, is that worth being made a fool of? He has done more to hurt himself than any one ealse. And knobby your getting cought up in his as well as your actions as of late.Vladd has not been running any servers fo mx its easy to see just open the host file in note pad its right there. He didnt write the host files or even come up with the idea from what ive heard.All it looks like is he has rode on the back of other peoples work just as he did on nushi's and RCMS.I cant think of one patch he has written in all the time on mx he has hosted other peoples work but nothing of his own.At one time he stated he came up with the first bot on mx but who really coded it and off of whos work was it based? Hes not even had a room on mx in years not one he hosted its his name on someone ealses hosted room, i know what does it matter whos BW it is.It just the fact he rides other peoples work to get to where he is.

He is for free speach till he does not agree with it, in his room its kick then ban and on his forum its edit, delete, move and lock. And his reason allways is its spam or a rant. That is free speach?

These are the reasons that his forum has droped in use and the reason people have started moveing from him <IE> the pie team and the host file users.

Useing people and lieing to people catch up to you sooner or later and his time has come. His asking for info on people and offering $1000 is as childish as it gets. And if the right people are notified could lead him in to legal action.

I see now why so many people are trying to get as far away from being lumped in with him. Its really sad to see him loosing it the way he is.

ok, lets go over a few issues here, with an overview of the actual facts:

#1 i left the pie team as i was unhappy with a number of issues, these included:

- the fact they will never support blocking
- the lies given out in help
- they dont even push pg2
- the fact they have no answers to give users who are suffering with fake files (for the record i directed the users to winmxgroup, nobody from pie team replied, as they had no answer)

#2 upon leaving the pie team i spent some time exploring options as to how to get hosts file users blocking.

#3 I spent sometime working with 1 winmx user (who wishes to remain namesless) on a patch, in fact i spent some time testing with QS's knowledge. Unfortunatly the person involved was unable to devote any further time to develop the project and it remains incomplete to this day.

#4 During this period i had intended to launch any patch i managed to get made, off my own back.

#5 I made several written pleas to Pie to listen to me over the blocking issue and get something in place, i had some assistance from Mehere on this, i also posted on the pie forum on the same issue, it was requested i remove my post as i was not a pie member, i did so and my access to pie forum was then remove. I was also subject to several threats and the odd rant from pie members.

#6 I approached vladd with my ideas for a Pie blocking tool, he agreed it was a sound plan and that he would support the idea with the backing of vladd44.com and mxpie.com

#7 I sorted out another  winmx user (not hollow) who  began work on a the tool as per my spec, now with Vladds support.

#8 During this period i also gain permission from Ghost and Mehere to use the Winmxworld blocking list with the new tool, and i discussed update periods and the like with Mehere, after this discussion i made an amendment to the spec to take into account Meheres concern.

#9 I approached and old friend of mine, who i had not seen in 15years, he agreed he would do all he could to help with the patch, unfortunatly this turned out to be a dead end.

#10 As time dragged on i began tired of waiting on volenteer labour and decided it was time to PAY for someone to carry out the project, Vladd agreed and said he would fund it and i suggested to re-coup it, he could try a donation button.

#11 The project has been completed by the hired programmer, i am in the process of ironing out a few little issues with the installer and it will go out to a few trusted users for testing next week (if all goes to plan)

#12 At most points along the road i have keep Ghostship broadly informed of progress, simply out of courtesy.

#13 Donate buttons were discussed with several of the programmers to compensate them for their efforts, the donate button was finally used to pay for a proffesional

#14 Users from here voted to take action against a site, even though i had given the above info to Ghost, so in actualliy the ongoing action taken may actually slow down the release of the blocking tool, and therefore extend the time period the flooders are flooding, nice work whoever came up with that plan.

#15 A number of other projects are also underway, these may also come at a price, vladd has also agreed to pay for these upfront as required with the donate button being used to recoup his investment, however, as the site has been taken out with a DDOS even though the donate button was removed, i am unaware of the position now of these projects.

Now, you guys can continue to call me all the names under the sun, you can continue to speculate, you can continue to pretend you know whats going on, but the bottom line is, YOU DONT, above are the facts, i will NOT explain myself any futher, to you ppl here, especially those that supported the attack on perfectly legal websites.

according to vladd his banner ads make hardly anything, less than the minimum payout meaning he receives not a penny from them, therefore he puts the scam site links there purely for fun not for any money - how nice of him

according to vladd when pie users found themselves unable to connect and flooded to the pie site, not a single user who was told by vladd that they had to donate to keep winmx alive went and donated - at least one of those users he claims never donated quite clearly did donate $20 - and was ashamed of that fact when told the truth about vladds scam, and i am sure that more than just that 1 person "donated" when told "donate or MX is gone" (which is effectively how anyone would read that after vladds claiming to be running the network)

according to vladd he got a total of $16 from donations - see above regarding at least one donation of $20... he didn't know that user had told everyone about it i am assuming... perhaps if he installed winmx and used it once and a while he would have known about it? it was after all in the room he claims as his room...

nobby stop trying to defend someone who won't even defend himself - he knows what he has done is indefensible that is why his only response is "i need revenge and will pay $1000 for the chance to assault the person who is responsible for my scam being exposed" - that sound like the actions of some innocent man who everyone has just misinterpreted? no, it certainly is not - if he was so innocent then he would have made announcements defending himself, not responded with threats and attempting to bribe people for my details

I am not defending vladd, merely stating the actuall facts, i have stated what the donate money was intended for, although there was at least 2 other rather expensive projects that i discussed with vladd also, thanks to the illegal actions of those that took down the mxpie.com site, those projects will now at least have to be re-evaluated, the loosers of this will be the current host file users, those that took this illegal action will also be responsible for delays in getting the tool out to hosts file users, and ultimately slowing down the process of blocking the RIAA from the network, and ofc pushing traffic towards the mxpie.info site that will NEVER block, nice move folks.

Funny though, considering the users that "voted"  (just over a dozen of them) on "behalf" of all winmx users, and then some, perhaps even some of them took direct action in the form a DDOS against the site, why is nobody claiming resposibility?? If they have the full support of the winmx commuity as claimed, why has nobody got the balls to say they did it??

As for why vladd would want your details km, errrmm i suggest you go ask him, perhaps he wants to add you to his christmas list?

Well said Russia, although i would point out, i did keep both Ghostship and to a lesser degree Mehere aware of the project, and as far as info about the donate button goes, i provided Ghost with the explanation prior to the attack, he even posted he had spoken to me about it, the attack occured regardless. IMO it was perhaps a mistake for vladd not to publish an explanation along with the button, although it should be noted AGAIN it was a volantary donate button, if i as a user was not happy with the explanation or lack of provided, i simply wouldnt donate, its not rocket science.

If the patch is brought out by you id have to say id try to help back it as well as the DLL. But knowing of vladd's actions over the years id never back any thing he tried to do.

 I know youve had to go up against some on the pie team as of late for your ideas. But i allso know that vladd was one of the bigest backers of no blocking till he saw the fall in use of the pie host file and his web sites. About KM's patch:
He has always given a good explaination about what it does. How, he does not tell for obivious reasons.
During the IE7 issue, Everyone recommended the piepatch if you were that desperate for IE. The proof is there in so many old posts.
You could, can and in the future too continue to approach him for any issue that might arise, or with any doubts that you have. He will always tell you the reason, or provide a good solid reason not to..

although it would seem to me too if I were in your position, You need to prove that someone among those who voted for action happened to attack mxpie.com. Ip's confessions... anything which is solid evidence. No posting of what other people 'said' (eg: "I saw him admit it..." Show the conversation log then)
