i need a proggy

many moons ago i had a proggy  that could tell me   who the host of a room is without actualy going into the room..

( like type laptop...6565658 into the box and the hosts ip would pop up)

i cant rem what the proggy was called  and i think i got it from mxworlds d/ls section
can any of you good folks help me find this proggy

https://www.winmxworld.com/tutorials/whois_to_ip.html  if you want to know how it is done - that one is actually for a whois (which is typically wrong as it's only their primary) but it's the same for chat (just that with chat it is always correct, as the hash there is the address of the room itself that winmx uses to connect to it)
