is there an easy way  of giving more  bandwidth to selected ppl uploading from me   ,without affecting  other settings  too much

right click on an upload and you can set the bandwidth priority, so they get twice what the other slots get or 10 times the amount or whatever, assuming you have the bandwidth throttle enabled (you should have it enabled and set to about 75% for best performance)

can you  do this  for  more than one  user at a time   if not what other options are there?

sure, just set one user to a higher bandwidth priority, then set the other to the higher priority as well, you can even set them to different priorities, so one gets twice as much as the other or whatever... just remember that by giving one upload more bandwidth, you are taking it away from other uploads :-)
