Can't get Winmx to work ...Unicowsdll missing?

I need some help please. I have tried the new fix for winmx but when i get to the last phase to download winmx it gives me an error :( of uniwrapper not found uniwrapper dll not found, i also went on line to download this file and did but winmx still gives me that error and i can't install winmx i am really upset, haven't  been able to share in months..:(
PLEASE HELP!
