If a person has downloaded 6 songs from me today, yet when i browse them and cannot download a song from them, does that mean they are not sharing?

Cannot download... Do the songs show up in his browse?
Just check, you might be in his queue.

Cheers :P

Actually, it was 26 songs this person downloaded from me and not one of his many songs in his browse list could I download.  Is it that he choses not to share or is there a connection issue?

I mean, after you select the songss, do they go blue in the transfer screen (which means you are in his queue) or do they go red after a minute or so?
Try messaging him and ask him the problem.
Also just check how many slots he has open when you whois him.

Cheers :P

No, they go red. I sent him a message to no reply.  Just seems a little unfair he browses me but doesn't return the privledge.  Is there a way to block anyone who is not sharing from being able to download from me?

Userloser,

It also may be your settings.. if your AEQ (Auto Enter Que) is set to default of 10.  This means if this user has more then 10 ppl waiting in his queue (in line for files from him) Your attempt will turn pink for a moment then red.

Two fixes:
While its pink right click and choose 'Enter Remote Que'  or
Go to Settings > Search > on the right click Auto Enter Que -   Choose a higher number.. 50 is good for mp3 files and 100 for Vid files.

Then if you havent restarted MX after this and find this person you can make sure the Auto Enter Que is set correctly in his browse.. top you should see Aute Enter Que - (your new number here)  if this still says 10 change it here and retry.

Just so you know when this happens he cant ever see you enter his que and would have no way to know or help you get the files.
