very slow download speed

Hi, can anyone offer any help as to why my download/upload speeds have gone from excellent to almost none existant i'm using the same version with the same settings as i always have but have gone from 40 mins for an album sized file to 200 hours or even nothing i have checked all settings on winmx and firewall nothings changed

Does it happen with all/many files or only a few?
Sometimes, you might find a slow source. Happens.
Find more sources or try a different file
