Qs
« on: January 23, 2007, 11:26:13 pm »
Quick question, when i am in a q, say 101, and i wait till it goes down to 1 and wait for it to download, its jumps back to 101, why? because it is the most annoying thing ever! Left the comp on one night just to find that nothing had download!!

thanks

Have you ever seen it get to from 101 to 1 and then jump back to 101. Or have you just seen it stay at 101.

I do not recomend leaving your computer all night just to download something unless you really want it. And even if you do leave it on all night and your in someones queue at 101 and they have limited there speed to as low as possible you are not likely to get whatever you are trying to download for a very very long time.

Many people leave their computers on for weeks lol.
Chiquitta, check the whois of the person.
Most likely the @#$&%&(*&% has the 0 of 0 uploads hack.
OR
he disconnectes persons who he does not like
Try finding a different source.

A tip:
When you plan on leaving your pc on for a night. Get a couple of mor downlaods runnign so that atleast something gets downloaded. Also make sure that you have atleast more than one source so that his problem does not happen.

Cheers :P

I leave my pc on constant with just a reboot now & then or a break for maintanance i find i get a lot more downloading actualy happening at night time than any other and d/load speeds tend to improve significantly as for chiquitita you might wanna concider droping your auto enter queue a lil bit to perhaps 75 as i found its rare as rockin horse sh*t that when your queued at 100 u ever get started anyway especialy if your gonna be turning your pc off at nights.

Just my thoughts but hey i always get my file

how long you leave your pc online all night has nothing to do with nothing. Anyone wishing harm would not hold you in queue anyway. The more idle a pc is the better it is and it's been my experience that as for online if you aren't moving you aren't seen. 101 down to 1 then back to 101 is likely an mx hack and they never intended to start you anyway. Their friends were coming first regardless. It's poor sharing but what can you do? You can't make them share. I would say that if you can't get in queue under 30 better to find more sources or refresh and research your file. Start multiples of the same file until you find a committed sharer. Don't use pie patch because all your results will be fake. Looking for movies, find a movie room to join although most require at least 1 or 2 full movies shared to start. If that isn't possable, rip and decode a movie into mpg or avi format then try again. Looking for music there are specific rooms that share in specific different genres. I hope this has been some help to you. If none of these ideas work come to WinMxWorld.com Help_E3D7EFD50D3D and I will do my best personally to help you find any file small enough (because I'm on dialup) somewhere or at least point you toward somewhere to get the movie you seek.
When you wake up each morning always try to remember tomorrow is never your option, it's God's. Love like you want to. Live like you aren't afraid. And ALWAYS try to remember that even if it seems personal it's never as important as something you may have forgotten to do today.
