There's a topic here from 2005 that addresses this, but sadly the dude just gave the solution he found as a link to somewhere on vladd44.com. The link doesn't work now. I hate it when people do that.
Anyway, this is probably why I ditched 3.54 b4 in the past and went back to 3.53, but now I want to solve this. I am running the latest patched version from WinMXGroup. When I attempt to connect to my list of OpenNap servers, a couple of them will go green, but most of them stick at yellow with some number of files "left to send". They hang like that forever.
This works fine in the 3.53 I have.
Any ideas?
