Do i need both the Winmx blocking patch And the Peerguardian 2 own P2P list?

we suggest removing peer guardian

peer guardian doesn't block anything that needs blocking on winmx, it does however block millions of things that shouldn't be blocked (including the servers that run the network...), the patch does all of the required blocking

Allwright, their list is not ok
but Winmxworld:s own blocklist? is thath still valid?, so i can use it inside perrguardian ...as only list

the block list on the site is outdated and no longer maintained due to the list being abused by others

however that list is winmx specific and wouldn't really help for much more than either blocking the connections if you're on primary (only a problem on winmx, other networks supernodes typically handle many more connections) or for filtering results (no other clients have filtering by an IP Address list, plus we only block those on winmx, so the majority of those flooding other networks would still not be on the list anyway)

so really the list is only useful for winmx purposes, and the patch already does everything it is useful for on winmx
