OUT GOING TCP CONNECTIONS

I managed to corrected the firewall problem on my lap top winxp system and now I get an error  that says " outgoing TCP connection using proxy server no UDP Port for incoming and out going packets."  I am on a network in my home which is also part of Time Warner Cable company.  Cany someone one help get me up and running please?

Hi,

Open Outgoing TCP Connection in WinMX Settings and make sure that the first option is ticked. 'Dont Use Proxy Server (connect directly).  then restart WinMX.  Should sort you out.
