100 Simultaneous Uploads

WinMX Patch 3.54 is trying to download many many files from  users who have set their max simultaneous uploads to 100 - effectively causing 0.00kbps speed.

I really would like to PERMANENTLY PREVENT any attempt to download files from these users, but don't appear to be able. Ignore list has no effect. If I cancel a download from one of these, it's not long before WinMX tries to d/l a different file from these users.

Is there any way to BLACKLIST these users so I neither send or receive anything from them?
(How do I know they're set to upload 100 files at a time? - WHOIS)

From where did you get your winmx patch? www.winmxgroup.com?
If not then remove your current winmx and reinstall winmx from the above link.

There are a few of such users and personally, they are extremely rare. However if you use the pie patch, then it is likely that most of the users on your search results are fake users and not real ones...

Yes, I got patch from winmxgroup.
I'm not saying that these 100-simultaneous users are prolific, but then again, doesn't appear to me to be rare - I always get 1 or 2 or 3 per 24-hr period, and they seem to have many of the files I'm looking for, so when I add them to my ignore list and 'cancel' the 0kbps download on one file, within short period of time, they reappear on a different download.
