ws32,dll only ever worked from time to time for me dont know y, 1 day connected 1 day not i tried all sorts of checks i was told, so gave up on it and went back to fx 3.9 with old host file whitch up untill this week ran fine , the host file i dl from james seems to be working ok, but if it contains any pie ip,s would rather not use it, could u give a link for a updated ws32,dll and or a host file that has been updated, i would also pass these to the host,s i know ty

never had problems with FX untill the last 3 weeks approx

every reboot the FXserver refuses to connect, its very annoying at best...so i leave it for a while and eventualy it gets back online

dont understand what is happening...thought i was the only one few weeks back but it seems to come up more and more

it wouldnt matter that ip none the less is running a cache, so unless FXS requests www.winmx.com thats the only time it will load that page, as the hosts file is not in the system 32 folder, only the FXS folder it effects nothing but FXS to my belief

And anyway like i said it is a temp fix (i did state it was NOT permament) so if there is a better way to get it working then sure im sure there will be anyway soon but in the mean time the thought that peoples FXS would work would make a few people happy, i guess every smart thing i spear to do turns out to be dumb!

I Myself dont run aa room any more so not quite upto date with everythinng as i used to be, i just pulled up an old hosts file i used to use for what ever reason looked for some working caches and put them in instead, but.. ive just updated it(took out the winmx-pie "referance" ) for those that actually want to use it.. ive been looking into FXS a little i found there is a command somewhere that lets you set the caches it connects to manually, but like i said i dont know.. ive not been keeping upto date.

this is what i have in my fx 3.10 and still dont connect i took the 2 cache from my metis bot and it connects fine with them any ideas ??

Re done the ws32.dll to include all the peer cache DNS entrys an not just winmxworld, ive tested it and it appears to work fine connecting in less than a second. Please test and let me know if their are any more issues.

**I tested it on the beta 1.3.10 beta 11 version**
**1.3.9 works**

Maybe this version should be added to the patch page instead of the current one that only uses one dns. Please test away an let me know thier are no problems before a change is possibly made.

I've got a problem with my FXS this has been on for a couple of weeks now
when i tick Show Room all the connections are disconnected
