Gertner has slated a discovery conference for October 23 at 2:30 pm and ordered everybody to attend.
These kinds of conferences are open to the public so if you’re in or around Boston on that date, there’s nothing to stop you showing up at what’s guaranteed to be an extremely interesting hearing.
I shall be watching this with interest when the case is heard , its not often ordinary folks are pitted against a Billion dollar global media monopoly and have managed to stop them dead oin their tracks, a truly remarkable acheivement given the fact the RIAA members are paying thousands of dollars per day to keep hot shot lawyers on the case and this lady is too poor to afford one.
