Around 15.00 GMT winmxworld was offline for approx 30 minutes.
This was due to routing issues with our hosting provider which have now been resolved.

Btw the site time is out by a hour from GMT due to the clocks going back 1 hour on the 28th october

Actually its not, you set that yourself in your profile.

go to Profile and select 'Look and Layout prefs'

click 'auto detect' to the right of 'time offset'
