Yes folks the time is getting near when we need to change the site logo to indicate the festive season to visitors and like last year and the year before we need you to design some logos that fit in place of the old one for us to have on display, like last year we shall have an independent judge to choose the winner (this is so I can enter myself

)

Last years winner was Josh and as he is offline this year I have a good chance of winning..lol

Anyway lets see some cheery xmas logos, the closing date for the competition will be in about two weeks, anyone needing help or advice please feel free to post in this thread as most folks are more than willing to help you get your entry finished or give you some advice on how to get things rolling.

It seems you missed something vital in the instructions

After losing out on the last xmas and KM's patch beta logo its looking like I shall have this one in the bag if thats the best you folks can come up with

Ok just so folks know the logo size must be W: 254px by H: 86px and we prefer to use *.png or *.jpg formats for this although if its animated some *.gif is ok too.

I will probably also do one at some point but Im looking forward to seeing more of your entries... keep em comin..

wow these are great keep em coming folks and remember there is a deadline for entries we usually need to have the winner by Dec 1 so Id say all entries must be posted by November 27th that will alow the independent judges a few days to pick the winner and get it announced.

I've got that lovin feeling over all these guys keep em coming.. im sure some of you are out there thinking.. 'I should give that a try'.. then think nah.. well dont .. bring em on guys its great to see them all. I really love this time of year and love seeing these being made with love and care for the site and for the community.

I just wanted to let you all know that the judge this year will be... *drum roll please*...

Many of you know her from the room or from around WinMX shes been a great help to many over the years.

Again entries must be posted here by November 27th, 2007 and the winner will be announced on Nov. 30th. The winning Christmas Logo will be put up on the site Dec 1 and run until Dec 26th.

Please folks dont think yours isnt good enough seeing the ones placed so far they are great .. but let Janz be the judge of them.. and its great fun to make them and no one looses anything to just try..
