lol ah well you can hardly blame them, we all know stuff happens and its a pain the arse to loose your internet but ah well, Least they know how to fix it, ive been looking for a new broadband package and when you fins a customer, then type problems after their name, i can assure virgin, apart from the usual i dont know how to set my router up problems ar very low on the list of disaster providers. Its a shame i dont have cable where i live as they prob would have been a first choice.
