Try this
Third Party Connection ONLY!
This is for FX Server, bots and other third party software that needs to be connected and is not patched already.
Simply place it in the folder with the *.exe file and restart.

From here
 https://patch.winmxconex.com/

Alternatively use metis like most everyone else does & has been reccomended to you before for two reasons if no other.....
IT WORKS & ITS EASY TO USE

Do you connect to your room by room name?    Try "replace the first 8 digits of the number at the end of the room name with 2C2C2C7F (the Hex equivilant to 127.44.44.44, as localhost)".   I use that for my metis bot.   They are both on same PC.

The other thing I use is when I host and my wife wants to join on her PC through our router she uses  "YOUR ROOM NAME_10.1.1.2:6699" where 10.1.1.2 is my IP addy thru the router and 6699 is the TCP port set for my winmx

MovieS of HorroR_0100007F413A ?    Is that your actual room name?   When I host and I do that in winmx I get a room name showing, but that is not the actual room name that shows up in the channel list.   I don't get the proper room name till i type /channelname and then that gives me the correct name.

Try       MovieS of HorroR_2C2C2C7F413A

lol have you even tried it yourself doomer ?
people are giving you the benefit of there own knowledge/experience/advice.... if you are going to ask questions at least try doing as they ask..... you will find you will get where you want to be a lot quicker.
Also something else worth trying would be to post in the relevent sections instead of posting a new thread for every problem you have ...eg this one posted in the bots section might draw a larger responce instead of in other winmx help as the sections are there for other people to find and help easier based on there own knowledge on certain subjects.... thus they tend to check threads in there own field of speciality instead of chasing you all round the forum boards
Its for your own good to do so and you will benefit from doing this.... you never know if you like to check the threads out based on your problem you might find the answers staring you in the face all along

winsock error 10061 =
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host i.e. one with no server application running

In other words find a bot that does work or try contact Zenar and ask real nice if he can help you  fix the problem.

I use zcb and system requirements are that you have .net framework 2.0 or higher installed.  Let me know if that fixes your problem doomer if not we'll go from there.  :)
