This means that Ms. Andersen will get her attorneys fees, and the only question remaining is how much.
Once again we see another innocent victim who has in this case fought tooth and nail for two years with the recording industry who accused her of being a theif, you will all notice that thus far the extortionists have refused to apologise and that should mean they pay the maximum costs associated with fighting their false claims, no one should have to suffer extortion from those who make their living stealing from artists and the consumer alike.
