Dramatic Drop In Upload Speed

I got the latest community patch 1.0 by Eagle

The thing is, programs like WinMx, LimeWire, Ares, Shareaza all are slow

But Utorrent has huge up and download speeds and SoulSeek is rather fast too.

Looks like the traffic generated by these programs somehow don't get noticed by the ISP and aint slowed down.

I made a written complaint with my ISP, one of the answers except that they perform Traffic Shaping was that in their tems of conditions there are no promises of a minimal delivered speed

Again traffic shaping can be the reason utorrent is blazing fast. If you get 5mb ps for the first 20 seconds of every connection and your making over 5000 connections per second on utorrent all to different people your going to get your max speed where as on limewire and winmx your making one connection to one person for a very long time. and they can prolly only get about 300kb/s max. if you get shaped then well..
