On a pirate radio ship out in the North Atlantic. I am using 3.31 with Quickmx. I changed my host table so I don't need the patch.
Now big question. I see that there are a few more ip's on the status page than in my host table. So I want to add those extra ips what domain names do I associate with the new ips? Another question is a few years ago there was a utiltiy that saved search results between session as I come off and on the system? Any clues on the whereabouts?

it's irrelivant, because you still have no flooder blocking and are attacking the network if you run primary, and will have an unstable connection with thousands of flooded fake results on secondary

Hi Crazybitch,

Welcome to the site and welcome back to WinMX.

The first thing to do to make sure your experience on WinMX is a good one is to make sure you have the version from here:

www.winmxgroup.com --- WinMX 3.54 beta 4 is on the Home page, or if you prefer older versions get them by clicking on the 'Downloads' link top left of the page 'Various WinMX Versions + Patch'.

This is the patch that also filters fakes from searches...

Next it basically works just like the older versions .. or like what you used to know.. but here is a basic guide if you need a refresher on it ...

Just want to let you know that WINMX is the only share program that I trust and use on my computer. I believe it to be the best or at the very least in the top five. Thank you very much for this great program. Been using it for a few years now and the patch you offered allows me to continue to do so without having my machine bagged, tagged or invaded.
