heh you've found what the forum looks like without a theme.
you see the same thing just with all the css and formatting, oh and the little reply box at the bottom.
If you like it I dont see why the site admins would have any issues with you using it...

a button next to home would be easy to access as its one of the first items a phone scrolls across

i ve been thinking a while what a button would be good for and i must admit i dont get it forested

i think it would need a nice small url to access easy, maybe a nice template and then publicity

well you need to remember the link... im sure winmxworld.com/mobile or something can be made to point to it.
but when i used to come here on my phone the first thing presented was the buttons across the top then the buttons above the thread then the user info and my picture then the threads...

yeah i think a "mobile" visitor would best hit the correct location in one go but you re right .. in case they would type the main WMW adress a button would be nice for that and any link would be fine as long as it s short and simple, no matter if it would be a subdomain like mobi.winmxworld.com or a folder like you suggested

anyway i m getting a feeling we re the only ones thinking it would be intresting enough to use ...lol

Most mobile phone carriers, or tmobile does here in the uk. If your using its GSM internet and put winmxworld in the tmobile search it gives you the wap side of the site. But if i use opera on my phone. Which uses 3g and uses the normal google.co.uk it brings me to the proper front page. To be honest i only see a point in it if you visit the site regularly on your phone. Which i fall into that bracket but i dont imagine their are many others, and most of my time is mending something when im on the move.
