I can't get into any rooms:-(

never had problems before, my isp was down for a bit today, I rebooted everything like normal.
Got back on, no problem, downloads work, uploads work, rooms load just fine........but I can not get into any of them,
and I can't even open the patch site to reinstall the patch.
What the heck????
this has never happened before

Please help:-(
