Over the last few days a few folks who I work with have been suffering from malware ridden computers and they all say it was caused via "facebook", having investigated a little further it seems this problem is the "koobface" worm and is able to infect the users machine by pretending to be an adobe update which they all blindly accepted, removal is pretty simple, using Spybot S&D, but as usual :
Prevention is better than cure, if you havent already install some free antivirus and free anti spyware solutions that will save you being the annoyance of all your online friends when you infect them with the malware you just installed.

[update] Look for a process file in "Task Manager" called "freddy 67" and also another file that seems to change its name but is normally "ld12" through to "ld15" if you see both of those you are infected.
