Same Userid - Multiple Networks

Frequently, I'll have the same file queued for upload by the same Userid on multiple networks. I always thought this was overt selfishness, but can it happen accidentally?

not really accidentally i think, maybe ignorance, not understanding, no reading or even what you call it .. selfishness, opennap (i think you are talking about this) does not automatticly cue for more than one source at a time as far as i know
