i have been able to download the update programme but it will only partially install into the computer. I am not that computer literate and thought great when I saw that it was a simple matter of downloading the new install and patch for windows xp. I have not uninstalled my previous winmx programme.
I really love the programme and want to get back on line. Any assistance.

partially install?

what exactly do you mean? does it give an error message and stop? if so, which error?

Perhaps the file was not fully downloaded, if it is complete it should be around 1.3 meg or 1300kbs, if its not redownload it as some folks have had trouble with this.
