John Kennedy, the chairman and chief executive of the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), the global trade body for the recording industry, said that the verdict was a huge disappointment as all the evidence was set up and a lot of work had been done by the prosecution.

He said the fight was not over and that the record industry “will find other ways” and is seriously considering launching civil proceedings.

As I predicted.

These copyright maximalist terror groups work on trying to scare folks into seeing the law their way, its unlikely any claim they bring will succeed given that he has already been tried for a criminal case and been found not guilty also he can now under the law have any of the seized "evidence" ruled as illegally obtained as it was obtained purely for a criminal case and thus cannot be used for anything else.

Just more "huffing and puffing" from these bloated parasites of creativity.
