Make your way to London folks if your able to show support for those opposing the latest undemocratic legislation proposals http://www.zeropaid.com/news/88453/uk-rally-planned-to-protest-three-strikes/
The venerable Open Rights Group, a UK-based digital advocacy group, is organizing a rally for this Wednesday the 24th in order to show MPs what people think about the Digital Economy Bill.
What it wants most is an open and honest debate, especially considering the legislation now includes website filtering and a ban on open Wi-Fi in addition to a a “three-strikes” regime that would disconnect accused file-sharers from the Internet. “We want a debate,” it says.
“After the budget, the Bill could be passed with little or no debate, as the election must be called within the next few weeks. The result could be that the Bill becomes law in very bad shape.”
United we stand, I will try to get there myself for this important event so if you do choose to go look out for a sarcastic guy in a green coat
