One of the regular p2p news sites we often quote from here is under attack folks not for any criminal activity or malicious action but simply for having a link to a web site in the comments column, the owner of the Web site Jon Newton has put out a call for help he needs some of your hard earned dollars/pounds to travel across Canada to fight the case, if he doesnt turn up or loses the consequences for those using links in web site/forums or blogs will be dramatic and luddite.

Much as Jon has some big guns backing him he is the one being taken to court and has to pay his own travel and sleeping bills out of his own pocket and some months ago due to poor site traffic and few advertisers his pockets have already become empty this is where you can help him out, if you have a dollar or two to spare please sent it to him, you will have his thanks and my own as the freedom to link is something we all take for granted and should not be lost to generations of future netizens because Jon wasnt able to fight this case, make a difference folks, spare some change
