you act as if someone setting up a winmx related domain name to release a fixed winmx on is the same as someone setting up a domain name that isn't related to winmx for releasing something that also isn't winmx...

ok someone other  than nobby im i right in what im saying or am i wrong?
I would just like to know if im seeing this as it is.All nobby does is post the same answer over and over again and i dont think he even sees what others are saying.

This was your statement, as i have pointed out, nobody is "renaming" winmx or using the domain name, as its not ours to rename or use.   As for a new client, we have total right to release a new client, so long as its not Winmx with a different badge, and as i have pointed out, the source for Winmx isnt available so that cant happen.

If im not understanding your point please state it more clearly.

ok with the host file where does mx go to be redrected to the servers?
And why is it with out the host file you see a page that says mx is no longer  for download.But with the host file you see some thing different? Is that not a hijack of a domain ?
