Due to some restrictions from my ISP, I have, in addition to the latest WinMX patch, used both Unable to accept incoming TCP connections and Unable to send or receive UDP datagrams on any port to be able to connect, search and download.
However, now I can't get WinMX to connect at all, and I even can't connect to the WinMX help chat room (WinMXWorld.com Help_B4646A57BABE)...
When using the TCPView program, I just noticed that ANY process using UDP protocol get NO remote address on the network (shown as *:* only), so I suspect my ISP now have blocked ALL UDP ports, which I also have noticed on some other programs, for example do time synchronization in Windows (using UDP port 123) no longer work and Windows Live Messenger has changed behaviour when connecting...
Therefore, if ALL UDP ports are blocked, is it then impossible to get WinMX to connect even by using the Unable to ... settings...?
