Sure Rob,

Tell me what your hosting this room on?  WinMx, a chat server like WCS?

Also do you have a router?

Give me some more info and I am also going to move these two posts in 24 hours just to make sure they are in the right area, Chat Issues or Chat Server Issues, that way we can make sure to help you better..
