So there's the length of time between the raid and when the error was discovered (many weeks it appears) there will have been untold damage in the relationship of the couple (she believing him to be a ped and him denying it), their reputation suffering in the workplace and the community, continuing damage because once the accusation has been made nothing will change the minds of some people, their own personal trauma from being accused and grilled in interrogation, and having their computer seized and personal data examined minutely (things that may not be illegal but still personal and private, all now known to the plod).
I say sue the bastards.
